Its Johor Bahru project is Princess Cove, a waterfront development on reclaimed land at Tanjung Puteri beside the Causeway, sold in phases. Phase 2 is completed (2023) and Phase 3 is due in 2029 according to the developer; both are freehold, and R&F Mall is part of the development.
