- Distance is the station as the crow flies. Developers of Aethera Residences, Causewayz Square and Princess Cove Phase 2 each describe a covered link to the station or the customs complex; treat those as developer statements until the links open.
- Price from is the lowest unit on the developer's list, not the price of a typical unit. Foreign buyers should check the Johor minimum purchase price for foreigners against the unit they want.
- Units ranges from 539 at Coronade Twins to 4,385 at Princess Cove Phase 3. Large schemes bring more facilities and more neighbours.
- Completion is the developer's target. Only Princess Cove Phase 2 is completed.
